At Belle Femme Hair Collection, we know how exciting it is to receive your new hair, and we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing includes preparing, quality checking, and packaging your hair with care before it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Many customers receive their orders sooner, but we recommend planning for 5-7 days to ensure you have your hair in hand when you need it, we'd rather set accurate expectations than promise a date we can't guarantee.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

During Promotional Periods
Our sales and promotions tend to bring a high volume of orders, which may result in slightly longer processing and shipping times. If this happens, we'll always do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during these busier periods.
